Tolerance of +/- 2% is possible in the unit areas on account of design and constructive variance

All finishes are subject to change at the descretion of the interior designs, in interest of continual improvement of the project.

The document is strictly non-transferable and has to be used by authorised members only, deisgnated by the Developers / Owner.
